  • Creative & Content Services: Creative direction, brand assets, design, content creation, and related production support.

  • Website Development: Website design, development, optimization, maintenance, and related digital experience services.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and inclusions will be outlined in separate proposals, statements of work, or service agreements.

2. Use of the Website

3. Payment Terms

Late Payments: Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused work, delayed delivery, suspension of Services, or termination of the agreement. Late fees may apply if specified in your agreement or invoice.

4. SMS Messaging (Opt-In and Opt-Out)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from Stiles Media, you consent to receive SMS communications related to our Services. These may include service updates, appointment reminders, support communications, and promotional messages (if applicable).

Opting In:
You must voluntarily opt in (for example, by checking a consent box or submitting your number through a form). Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency and Charges:
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Opting Out:
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages, except for service-related or legally required notices.

5. Intellectual Property

Client Materials: You retain ownership of materials, content, trademarks, and data you provide to us (“Client Materials”). By providing Client Materials, you grant Stiles Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify them only as needed to perform the Services.

Work Product & Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Stiles Media retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, processes, and know-how used to produce deliverables.

  • Upon full payment, the Client receives rights to the final deliverables specifically created for the Client as defined in the agreement (e.g., final design files, final web build, final paid assets).

  • Drafts, unused concepts, and working files may remain the property of Stiles Media unless explicitly included.

Portfolio Use: Unless you request otherwise in writing, you agree Stiles Media may display completed work (or excerpts) in our portfolio and marketing to demonstrate our services, excluding confidential information.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the Services, including business information, credentials, customer data, and project details. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

7. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee: While we aim for high-quality outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results (including rankings, revenue, conversion rates, ad performance, or growth outcomes), as results depend on many factors outside our control.

Limit of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stiles Media’s total liability related to the Website or Services will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Termination by Client: You may terminate Services by providing written notice to info@stilesmedia.cc. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, fees paid are non-refundable and the Client is responsible for payment for work completed and any committed costs.

Termination by Stiles Media: We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or Services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we determine continuing the Services is not feasible. Where appropriate, we will provide notice.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including SMS consent preferences.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in California, USA.
